• Reception & Check-in: Assist with bookings, check-ins, payments, and customer inquiries.
• Game Instructions: Explain how games work, give clear instructions, and lead briefings before entering game zones.
• Player Support: Guide players to ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable session.
• Birthday Parties & Events: Set up party rooms, serve food/drinks, coordinate activities, ensure smooth events.
• Cleaning & Daily Operations: Maintain cleanliness of venue; assist with basic maintenance.
• Sales & Merchandise: Promote offers, assist with group bookings and merchandise.

As a Game Facilitator, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences while helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guest Experience: Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude and make everyone feel comfortable and excited from the moment they arrive.

• Reception & Check-in: Assist with bookings, check-ins, payments, and customer enquiries.

• Game Instructions: Explain how the games work, provide clear instructions, and lead group briefings before guests enter the game zones.

• Player Support: Guide and assist players throughout their sessions, ensuring a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience.

• Birthday Parties & Events: Prepare and host birthday celebrations, including setting up party rooms, serving food and drinks, coordinating activities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Cleaning & Daily Operations: Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue, including game rooms, reception, common areas, and birthday rooms. Follow daily cleaning routines and assist with basic maintenance.

• Sales & Merchandise: Assist with merchandise sales, group bookings, and promoting relevant offers to guests.

• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to keep daily operations organised, efficient, and running smoothly, especially during busy periods.

Game Facilitator Essentials – What We Look For

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to take initiative.

• Comfortable communicating in Norwegian and English. Additional languages are a plus.

• A team player who is happy to help wherever needed, whether that means assisting guests, preparing birthday rooms, or keeping the venue clean.

• No previous retail or hospitality experience required. A great attitude and willingness to learn matter most!

Work Schedule & Application Details
