Head Energy in Stavanger seeks a Functional Safety Expert to support a portfolio of projects. You will review documentation, handle NCRs, advise on design and statements of work, and manage stakeholders both internally and externally. Travel is expected.

English and Norwegian language skills are required, with exposure to multiple project environments and a collaborative team setting. The role offers permanent- or project-based opportunities with solid pension and insurance schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience with functional safety standards (IEC 61508/11).
• Knowledge of safety analysis methods (LOPA, PSD, ESD).
• Experience with pressure protection studies.

Responsibilities

• Functional safety expert support to project portfolio.
• Document review and NCR handling.
• Design advisor and SoW responsibilities.
• Stakeholder management internally and externally.
• Traveling must be expected.
