Job summary

Schibsted is hiring a full-stack developer to help build and scale the adtech platform that powers its Nordic media brands. You will work on configuring advertising across websites and apps, create modern interfaces and contribute to shared libraries.

You will join a small, autonomous team based in Oslo with colleagues in Stockholm and Krakow, and you will leverage AI tools to prototype and deliver solutions while taking ownership of challenging issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
• Experience building modern web interfaces using HTML/CSS.
• Backend experience with Node.js/Express.js.
• Solid understanding of cross-window communication and iframe messaging.
• Interest in React Query and AWS services (S3, CloudFront, SQS, DynamoDB).
• Ability to own investigations and drive them forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale Schibsted's adtech platform, focusing on configurable ads across web and apps.
• Build modern web interfaces for managing advertising configurations.
• Contribute to libraries and shared components used by other teams.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, SDKs and browser environments.
• Explore solutions with AI-assisted tools and prototypes.
