Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role.
• Must have accommodation in Bergen or willing to relocate at own expense.
• Must have valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for evenings/weekends.
• Strong understanding of child development and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Norwegian language.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for our children including feeding bathing and dressing.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical emotional and intellectual development.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children at all times.
• Follow any specific routines or instructions provided by the parents.
• Communicate effectively with the parents regarding their childs daily activities and progress.
• Monitor childrens health and administer medication as needed.
• Accompany children on outings or appointments as required.
