You will collaborate with AI teams to design, test, and refine agent behaviors in real-world scenarios. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, experience with live, non-mocked environments, and a track record of delivering production-grade software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
