Pilot Assessments in Bodø, Norway is seeking a First Officer to join a safety-focused, multi-crew operation. You will operate across various aircraft types, plan and conduct flights, and uphold stringent regulatory standards to ensure punctual, professional service.

The role offers a permanent, fulltime position with a path to type rating, ongoing recurrent training, and exposure to multiple aircraft types as operations evolve. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and strong CRM are essential.

Qualifications

• Required EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, ME, MCC and UPRT.
• Must have PBN competency/endorsement.
• Must hold EASA Class 1 medical.
• Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (level 4+).
• English proficiency to ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid passport; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsabilités

• Operate safely across multiple aircraft types in a multi-crew environment.
• Plan and conduct flights using PBN procedures, RNAV departures/arrivals and approaches.
• Maintain CRM, decision-making and communication throughout all flight phases.
• Collaborate with Captain, cabin crew, dispatch and maintenance to ensure operations and passenger experience.
• Complete preflight checks, briefings and accurate documentation to promote safety culture.

What You'll Do

• Execute safe, efficient line operations across various aircraft types within a multi-crew environment, adhering to company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Plan and conduct flights using PBN procedures, including RNAV departures/arrivals and approaches.
• Apply strong CRM, decision-making, and communication skills in all phases of flight.
• Collaborate with the Captain, cabin crew, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure operational excellence and a positive passenger experience.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, completing thorough preflight checks, briefings, and accurate documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• License Required: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, ME, MCC, and UPRT.
• PBN: PBN competency/endorsement.
• Medical: EASA Class 1.
• Language (Scandinavian): Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (level 4 and above).
• English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passport: Valid passport.
