As a Finisher Supervisor you will oversee the final stages of production for our company in Os, ensuring that all finished products meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of finishers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure timely completion and accuracy of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of finishers, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Train new finishers on company processes and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees.

Requirements
