Job summary

Intertek seeks a Wellhead Inspector to assess quality, integrity and compliance of wellhead equipment across pre-installation, in-service and post-operation stages. You will verify API 6A, API Q1/Q2 and ISO standards, review certifications and generate reports while documenting traceability on-site with QA/QC teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of field experience, familiarity with OEM gear, and rigorous attention to safety and procedures in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience inspecting wellhead components.
• Familiarity with OEM equipment (e.g., Cameron, FMC, GE, NOV).
• Strong understanding of pressure control equipment and inspection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wellhead equipment including casing heads, tubing heads, spools, valves, and trees.
• Verify API 6A, API Q1/Q2, ISO compliance and client specs.
• Review certifications, manufacturing records, and documentation packages.
• Generate inspection reports and NCRs; ensure traceability.
• Witness assembly and pressure testing when required.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, service companies, drilling/completions teams on-site.
• Adhere to HSE policies and safe inspection practices.
• Support audits and third-party inspections.
