Job summary

Avon Group in Rogaland, Time area seeks a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead stationed cleaners, the float team and site Supervisors. You will recruit and deploy workers for existing and new sites and resolve operational ground issues as they arise.

You will also handle client complaints, ensure hygiene standards per contract, guide staff on performance, and conduct inspections to drive improvements and maintain excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Relevant hands-on experience in related field.
• Diploma or Degree Holders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work 6 days and attend last-minute assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage stationed cleaners, float team and Supervisors.
• Recruit and deploy workers/supervisors for existing and new sites.
• Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise.
• Handle clients' complaints and attend to emergency calls.
• Fulfil clients' expectations and requirements and ensure good customer relations.
• Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues.
• Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premises as per contract requirements.
• Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.
• Any additional duties (including hands-on cleaning duties) as and when required.
