Job summary

Design Works Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Field Supervisor to lead our mowing and landscape maintenance operations throughout Southern New Hampshire. The role focuses on guiding crews to complete work safely, efficiently, and to company standards while helping team members grow.

You will oversee daily assignments, train staff, and ensure quality control, with a strong emphasis on communication and problem solving in the field. Expect year-round employment and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
  • Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid drivers license required.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
  • Snow removal experience required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Irrigation, LMN, and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise mowing and landscape maintenance crews.

  • Serve as the primary field contact for customers when on-site.
  • Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season.

About The Role

Landscape Field Supervisor


Design Works Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Field Supervisor to lead our mowing and landscape maintenance operations throughout Southern New Hampshire.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading crews, maintaining high standards, solving problems in the field, and helping team members succeed. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while supporting the growth and development of your crew.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and supervise mowing and landscape maintenance crews
