Job summary

Capitex is seeking a Test Analyst/Lead to own functional testing and UAT of the configured Fenergo CLM solution, validating rules, workflows, data and integrations against requirements. You will define the test approach, build and execute test cases, manage defects, and support business users through acceptance and Go/No-Go.

Qualifications

• Hands-on testing on a Fenergo (CLM) implementation.
• Strong functional testing and UAT across the full STLC on enterprise platform delivery.
• Experience validating configured rules engines, workflows and lifecycle journeys.
• KYC / CDD / AML domain knowledge — able to test business logic and controls, not just screens.
• Confident with test management/defect tooling (e.g. JIRA / Xray, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy, test plans, test cases and scripts from requirements, functional specifications and configured design.
• Execute functional, system, integration and regression testing of the Fenergo configuration — rules engine, workflow / lifecycle journeys and screens.
• Validate migrated and integrated data (source-to-target) in partnership with the Data workstream.
• Plan, coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users; prepare test data and provide hands‑on support.
• Own defect management end‑to-end — logging, triage, root‑cause analysis and retest — to resolution.
• Produce test evidence, coverage metrics and acceptance notes; contribute to Go/No-Go decisions and final sign‑off.
• Where relevant, support test automation and shift-left practices to improve coverage and efficiency.

PROGRAMME CONTEXT

Capitex is sourcing specialist resource into the Testing workstream of a live Fenergo (Fenx) CLM implementation. The programme is delivering client lifecycle management, KYC/CDD and onboarding capability for a regulated financial institution, with the Testing workstream responsible for validating the configured solution end-to-end ahead of release.

This role provides hands‑on testing depth across functional, integration and user acceptance testing, working alongside the configuration and data workstreams to assure a compliant, high-quality delivery.

ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Hands‑on testing experience on a Fenergo (CLM) implementation.
• Strong functional testing and UAT across the full STLC on enterprise platform delivery.
• Experience validating configured rules engines, workflows and lifecycle journeys.
• KYC / CDD / AML domain knowledge — able to test business logic and controls, not just screens.
• Confident with test management / defect tooling (e.g. JIRA / Xray, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).

DESIRABLE

• Data migration / ETL testing and SQL for source-to-target validation.
• Test automation experience (e.g. TOSCA, Selenium / Specflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Banking / Corporate & Institutional or Private/Wealth experience.
• SC clearance (or eligibility).
• Test lead experience — defining approach, estimation and managing QA resources.

TOOLS & TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT
