Job summary

Nordlandssykehuset HF seeks a structured and development-oriented FDVU advisor to advance professional and sustainable property management. You will play a central role in developing systems, routines and processes to ensure clear oversight, efficient resource use and a solid basis for decisions related to our buildings and technical installations.

The role involves managing and developing FDVU systems and data, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers to secure quality

Qualifications

• Management and ongoing development of FDVU systems, workflows and digital solutions.
• Ensure quality and structure in FDVU data and technical documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration between FDVU systems and other enterprise systems.
• Relevant higher education in property management, buildings or technical fields; experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Strong digital understanding and interest in development and improvement work.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Curious about technology and motivated for continuous development.
• Key role in the development of Nordlandssykehuset's property management.
• Diverse and meaningful tasks in a developing field.

• Forvaltning and videreutvikling of FDVU systems, arbeidsprosesser and digitale løsninger.
• Sikring of kvalitet and struktur i FDVU-data and technical documentation.
• Bidra to samhandling mellom FDVU-systemer and other enterprise systems.
