Job summary

H&M City Lade in Trondheim is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find the right products while showcasing our fashion. This permanent part-time role features fixed shifts every other Saturday, starting from 15.09.2026 or upon agreement, and requires local language skills or English.

You will work during store hours and participate in the store's daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the store.
• Assist customers in finding products and presenting fashion knowledge.
• Ensure sales floor and back-of-house are well-organized and inviting.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Represent the brand positively during customer interactions.
