Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
Troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise with building systems or equipment.
Keep track of inventory of supplies and materials needed for repairs.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks.
Respond promptly to requests for maintenance or repairs from staff or tenants.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects.
