DOF Management is open for Crane Operator applications and keeps candidate profiles on file for upcoming offshore roles across our world-class fleet. You will join a highly skilled offshore team delivering safe, efficient crane operations on advanced vessels.

Required credentials include STCW Basic Safety Training, Medical Certificate, Passport, and G5 Sparrow stage 3, plus offshore crane operation experience and strong English proficiency. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have offshore crane operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate quay/offshore cranes in offshore vessels following safety rules.
• Assist in crane maintenance and pre-operation checks.
• Maintain high safety standards and report anomalies promptly.

General Requirements

• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport
• Designated Security Duties certificate
• G5 or Sparrow stage 3 is mandatory
• Offshore crane operation experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
• Strong focus on safety and safe working practices

Preferred Experience

• Experience from offshore vessels
• Experience with subsea, construction, survey, or offshore support operations
• Previous experience working internationally
• Experience with crane maintenance
