A nonprofit organization seeks an Executive Director to lead a pivotal transition. You will embed a new grant-making strategy, build partnerships, and inspire a skilled team. Lead the transformation of a values‑driven charity affiliated with a global movement for change. Initiatives of Change UK (IofC) is developing from a programme‑delivery organisation into a collaborative, grant‑making charity dedicated to peace‑building, ethical leadership and community cohesion.
As Executive Director, you will guide IofC through a pivotal transition, embedding a new grant‑making strategy and shaping the organisation’s next chapter. You will work closely with the Board, a small senior team and external stakeholders to build capacity, secure resources and strengthen the charity’s impact.
