Job summary

PeakFleet in Svalbard is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. You will operate excavators to excavate, move and grade earth or rubble while prioritizing safety and efficiency to meet project deadlines. This is an urgent role with immediate start.

You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with crew, follow plans, and report issues promptly. Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, a valid heavy machinery license, and strong teamwork and

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Valid license to operate heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques, equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Svalbard. As an Excavator Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or rubble. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the excavator while meeting project deadlines.

This is an urgent job opportunity so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
