Job summary

Want More is seeking an Excavator Operator to operate heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth on construction sites. This role requires skill, experience, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

You will inspect equipment, read blueprints, coordinate tasks with the team, and perform routine maintenance. Overtime may be required and reliable transportation is necessary. Salary is $1500 per month across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience operating excavators in a construction setting.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding job specifications.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
• Must have own transportation
