ESG Analyst / Senior Analyst
Who we are and what we do
Are you motivated by using data, technology and business insight to shape the future of risk management? We are looking for an experienced Analyst / Senior Analyst to help develop, improve and maintain ESG (Environmental - Social - Governance) data value chains in Group Risk Management. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, contributing to data products that support reporting, capital management and portfolio steering across DNB.
You will join a team that develops and operates robust data value chains for ESG and credit risk data. Our ambition is to deliver high-quality, reliable and well-controlled data through continuous improvement, automation, modern technology and strong collaboration across business and technical environments.
Group Risk Management (GRM) is responsible for ensuring a sound and effective second line of defence for risk management in DNB. As an independent control function, GRM reports on the risk situation to the CEO and the Board of Directors and provides advice and insight on financial and operational risks across the DNB Group.
Risk Systems & Governance is part of the Risk Data & Systems division, which provides decision-makers with insight into the group's risk profile. The division is a major consumer of data and supports advanced risk value chains, including IRB (Internal Rating Based) credit risk and ESG data. We work to ensure strong governance, solid processes and high data quality in some of the bank's most complex data and model value chains.
This position will focus primarily on the ESG area. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, helping DNB strengthen how we report, manage and use ESG-related portfolio data.
