Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, drills, grinders and other machines to cut, shape and finish metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to understand specifications.
• Measure and mark dimensions on workpieces using precision instruments.
• Use hand tools to smooth and finish surfaces of workpieces.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
