Job description

We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Equipment Operator to join our team in Os Norway As an Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers excavators and loaders This role is ideal for someone with a passion for construction and a desire to learn and grow within the industry

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment according to safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Safely transport materials and equipment to job sites
• Assist with construction projects as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills in English Norwegian language skills is a plus
• Valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary

Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime pay
