Qualifications

• Experience as Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies, ideally React.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and cloud-based architectures.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.
