Job summary

Equinor offers a summer internship for students aiming to start a career in energy. The program provides hands-on experience across oil, gas, renewables and low‑carbon solutions, with insight into our operations and strategy.

Discipline options include Electrical Power Engineering, Operations and Maintenance Technology, Technical Safety, Process & Flow, Mechanical Technology, and Subsea. Internships are available in Bergen, Hammerfest, Oslo, Stavanger, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s, master's or Ph.D. and maintaining a good academic record.
• Fluent in English.
• No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Have completed at least two years of higher education before the internship starts.
• Have at least one year of higher education left after the internship ends.
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage.
