Job summary

Krush Tech Talent Team currently seeks a practical, reliable Electrician to join our growing team in Norway. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and improve electrical systems and equipment in a modern technology and electronics production environment.

You will work closely with production and engineering, read electrical drawings, document activities, and ensure all work meets safety, quality and regulatory requirements while collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Practical and reliable electrician with ability to work independently yet as part of a team.
• Good practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
• Perform electrical work related to production machinery and facilities
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs
• Connect, test and commission electrical components and equipment
• Support production and engineering teams with electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and contribute to improving equipment reliability
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Ensure that electrical work is carried out safely and according to applicable Norwegian requirements
• Document completed work and maintenance activities
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering and other technical colleagues

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our growing team.

• Experience working as an electrician, preferably in an industrial, production or technical environment
• Good practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
• A strong focus on safety and quality
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Good communication skills in English
