We are in need of an experienced Electrician to join our team in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment. They must have a thorough understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. The successful candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and be able to work independently. A minimum of five years experience in the field is required as well as a valid electrician's license. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Preference will be given to candidates who already possess their own visa for working in Svalbard.
