Job summary

You will implement scalable CRM architectures, build plugins, workflows, and APIs, integrate with Azure services, and drive data migration to Dataverse from legacy systems. The role emphasizes CI/CD practices and delivering robust dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE to align with business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse security model and data governance.
• Proficient in C#/NET development, plugin and workflow customization.
• Experience with REST/Web API integrations and external system connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE using OOB features.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and custom APIs.
• Migrate data to Dataverse and ensure data quality during migration.
• Create dashboards, reports, and Power BI visuals for CRM insights.
