Job summary

Event Staffing is seeking an ESL teacher to create a positive, engaging learning environment for students of all ages. You will deliver lessons, plan interactive activities, and provide progress feedback to learners.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Education, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (preferred) and 1 year ESL teaching experience. Os-based, full-time role with flexible hours and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of ESL teaching experience.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patience, adaptability, creativity and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Ability to work full-time in Os with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective English lessons based on the needs and abilities of each student.
• Create lesson plans with interactive activities, games and real-life examples.
• Provide regular feedback and evaluation to students on their progress.
• Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance and updates.
• Collaborate with other teachers to share ideas, resources and best practices.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops as required.
