Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to deliver rock, sand, and gravel to job sites, ensuring timely, accurate shipments and adherence to DOT regulations.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, plan routes with dispatch, keep equipment clean, and represent SRM with professionalism on every load. This on-site role offers home-daily schedules and opportunities for overtime and advancement, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and a proven record of safe driving.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Excellent vision, hand-eye coordination, and physical fitness to perform all driving and maintenance tasks.
• Effective communication skills for working with dispatchers, coworkers, and customers.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage time to meet delivery schedules.
• Positive, “go-getter” mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.
• Experience in dump truck or heavy equipment operation is helpful, but a strong work ethic is essential.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
