Driver Supervisor

The Driver Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of drivers in the city of Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have a validdriver's license, at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Responsibilities include creating work schedules, monitoring driver performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling any issues or conflicts that may arise. The Driver Supervisor will also be responsible for training new drivers and conducting regular performance evaluations. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation is provided for this position. A competitive salary of $1400 per month is offered for this full-time position in Svalbard.
