Job summary

Want More is seeking a Driver Supervisor in Svalbard to oversee a team of drivers and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will create schedules, monitor performance, train new drivers, and enforce safety standards while resolving issues quickly in a fast-paced Arctic environment.

Ideal candidates have a valid license, 2+ years in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Arctic driving conditions. Accommodation is provided for this position.
