EliteHosts in Svalbard is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will wash, sort, and store items, while keeping a tidy work area and following food safety procedures.

Qualifications

Dishwasher (Svalbard)

As a Dishwasher in our restaurant located in Svalbard, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your primary duties will include washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools, as well as ensuring that all items are properly stored and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashing machines
• Sort and stack clean dishes for efficient storage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Dispose of garbage and recycling properly
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Requirements

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
