SafeBox in Bergen, Norway is seeking an experienced DevOps Developer for a contract role. You will design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate releases, and monitor systems to ensure reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DevOps, strong cloud and automation skills, scripting in Python/Bash, and familiarity with networking and security. Flexible hours and accommodation can be provided; international travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and security protocols.
• Biometric passport for international travel (preferred).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Collaborate with development teams to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate software releases and deployments using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools like Prometheus or Nagios.

• Design and implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
