Anchor Conzult Limited in Oslo, Norway is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen security and reliability of our delivery platforms. You will work hands-on across pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with security requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and propagate best practices.

DevSecOps Engineer | Oslo, Norway | Norwegian Security Clearance Required

Anchor Conzult is partnering with a leading organisation to hire an experienced DevSecOps Engineer in Oslo. Joining a collaborative team, you’ll help keep software delivery secure, reliable, and scalable.

This is a hands‑on role for an engineer who enjoys improving how things work, from delivery pipelines to the security of the wider platform. You’ll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, share your expertise, and help shape stronger ways of working across teams.

Security clearance:

This role requires Norwegian security clearance, so applicants must hold Norwegian citizenship.

About you

• Advanced DevSecOps expertise, with strong hands‑on CI/CD experience
• A practical approach to solving complex technical problems
• A security‑first mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
• Confidence working across teams and contributing to key decisions
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Identity and Access Management (IAM) is an advantage
• Network infrastructure experience is also beneficial
