The ideal candidate is proficient in Python and machine learning, with experience in evaluating models. You will work closely with platform teams to deploy models and explain findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

SkyeTec develops and delivers agent‑based AI to organisations with requirements for security, control, and scalability. We take technology that is often experimental and make it production‑ready. As a Data Scientist you work on the models and the data our agents are built on. You experiment, evaluate, and bring what actually works from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Explore data and build models that solve concrete tasks for the agents
• Set up evaluation of models and agents, both offline and in production
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval (RAG) on real data sources
• Make sure the data foundation is good enough for the agents to rely on
• Work closely with the platform and MLOps team to get models into production

Qualifications

• Strong in Python, machine learning, and statistical modelling
• Experience evaluating models, not just building them
• Comfortable with LLMs and modern AI tooling
• Delivers all the way to production, not just in a notebook
• Explains findings clearly, also to non‑technical people
