Job summary

Apotek 1 Gruppen AS in Norway seeks a Solution Architect D365 F&O/POS to align business needs with technology in Retail, focusing on Dynamics 365 F&O, Commerce/POS and pharmacy operations.

You will shape functional architecture across D365 Finance, SCM, Commerce, and Azure integrations, collaborating with business, product owner, IT platform architect and suppliers to deliver maintainable solutions and effective deployments.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education within IT or related field; experience may compensate.
• Experience with functional solution architecture and process-oriented development.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O, Commerce/POS and related applications.
• Experience in retail, goods flow, finance or logistics is an advantage.
• Norwegian language skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional solution proposals and designs.
• Ensure solution quality and assess impact on processes and data.
• Plan releases, deployments, testing and training with IT and suppliers.
• Contribute to incident analysis and handling recurring deviations.
• Maintain documentation and share expertise within Retail team.
