Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Courier Assistant to support courier teams on a contract basis. The role involves assisting with loading/unloading, navigating routes with maps or GPS, and delivering packages with professional service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is a must.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and customer service-minded.
• Must be flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist couriers in sorting, loading and unloading packages into delivery vehicles.
• Accompany couriers on routes, navigate using maps or GPS devices.
• Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner while providing friendly and professional service.
• Collect payments from customers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments collected.
• Communicate any issues or delays with deliveries to the courier supervisor immediately.
