The contractor will build, install, and repair structures, while maintaining safety standards and adhering to project timelines. The candidate must have at least 2 years of carpentry experience and be eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when necessary.
• Must be US citizen or have right to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine dimensions and materials needed.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using hand and power tools.
• Install structures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, and doors.
• Repair or replace damaged frameworks or other structures.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents.
• Work independently or in a team setting to complete projects on time.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
