Qualifications

• 7+ years in physical or construction security.
• Experience with large-scale construction security programs.
• Experience with GC, security integrators, and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and biometrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nscale security on the Kvandal construction site.
• Coordinate with GC and security contractors on site security.
• Monitor compliance with security requirements and risks.
• Oversee access control, badge, visitor, and credentialing processes.
• Coordinate security design, testing, and commissioning with vendors.
• Maintain security design coordination with stakeholders.
• Lead security governance and reporting for the project.
• Drive transition of construction security to operations.
