Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Svalbard. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards. You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets


• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines


• Manage resources and subcontractors


• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations


• Communicate with clients to provide regular updates on project status

Requirements
