Job summary

Refacture AS seeks two experienced concrete workers / masons for project-based work at our industrial facility in Høyanger. The role covers interior and exterior concrete and masonry tasks to upgrade the building.

Start date is as soon as possible, with potential for longer-term opportunities. Responsibilities include cutting openings in slabs, constructing fire-rated walls, building block walls, formwork and reinforcement, and casting concrete.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or solid experience in concrete work.
• Experience with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete casting.
• Experience with masonry and fire-rated structures.
• Practical, self-sufficient, and able to work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Cut openings in existing slabs (coordinated with a specialist).
• Construct fire-rated walls in concrete or blockwork.
• Build block walls (LECA / concrete blocks).
• Formwork, reinforcement and casting of concrete walls.
• Finish work and adjustments.
• Pour outdoor concrete slab in the yard in a later phase.

About the Assignment

Refacture is seeking two experienced concrete workers / masons for project-based work at our industrial facility in H%C3%B8yanger. The work includes both interior and exterior concrete and masonry tasks related to adapting and upgrading the building. The engagement will start as a project, but for the right people there are good opportunities for continued work and a longer-term role. We have several upcoming projects related to expansion and fit-out of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Cutting openings in existing concrete slabs (in coordination with a specialist contractor)
• Construction of fire-rated walls in concrete or blockwork inside the building
• Building block walls (LECA / concrete blocks)
• Formwork, reinforcement, and casting of concrete walls
• Finishing work and adjustments
• Later phase: pouring an outdoor concrete slab in the yard

Qualifications

• Trade certificate as a concrete worker / mason, or equivalent solid experience
• Experience with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete casting
• Experience with masonry and fire-rated structures
• Practical, self-sufficient, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Local connection is an advantage
