Job summary

GreenHarvest Industries in Oslo is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our construction team. You will construct and assemble concrete formwork for buildings, bridges, and tunnels on a contractual basis.

Responsibilities include reading plans, measuring and cutting materials, installing reinforcing bars, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining safety at all times; no prior Formworker experience is required but preferred.

Qualifications

• No previous Formworker experience required but preferred.
• Must have own visa or eligible to work in Norway.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and blueprints.
• Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measuring and cutting of materials.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans to determine formwork requirements
• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork using various tools such as saws, drills, and hammers
• Install reinforcing steel bars within forms as needed
• Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand tools or power equipment
• Remove forms once concrete has set and clean up work area
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times
