Part-time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients and assist with troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software applications
- Educate clients on basic computer functions and usage
- Keep track of all client interactions and resolutions in our system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of complex issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
