Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred.
• Must have a compassionate attitude towards working with elderly individuals.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Must be physically able to assist with tasks such as lifting or transferring individuals if needed.
• Must have a valid visa for working in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with the elderly person.
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor the health and well-being of the individual and report concerns to family or healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the elderly person.
• Accompany the individual on outings or appointments when needed.
