Job summary

Cleveland Division of Police seeks a Tax Incentive Manager - Commercial to oversee administration and financial oversight of the City of Cleveland’s Tax Increment Financing, Commercial Enterprise Zone Tax Exemption, and Property Assessed Clean Energy portfolios.

This role supports infrastructure funding and private investment by leveraging incentives within the Department of Development’s Major Projects Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Four years of full-time paid management or administrative experience required.
• Valid State of Ohio Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate assigned functions within the Department of Development’s Major Projects Team.
• Develop work rules and training programs; may supervise staff to meet departmental objectives.
• Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for City leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with enabling legislation, development agreements, and state statutes.
