Job summary

Halliburton Norway invites qualified professionals to join its Offshore Production Solution team as a Coiled Tubing Service Operator. You will execute offshore interventions including Coiled Tubing, Nitrogen services and High-Pressure Pumping, with a strong emphasis on HSE and service quality.

The role requires proven offshore experience, safety training, and the ability to collaborate across offshore and onshore crews, delivering reliable technical solutions in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven coiled tubing service offshore experience
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Offshore Basic Safety Training and health certificate
• Mechanical or petroleum field technical education
• IWCF certification
• Relevant offshore experience with good computer skills

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Executing offshore operations in relation to well intervention such as Coiled Tubing, Nitrogen Services and High-Pressure Pumping operations.
• Ensure flawless operational execution with high focus on HSE and service quality.
• Follow-up on daily offshore operations both internal and external
• Be a part of the offshore pool and contribute with technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong team spirit in the offshore department

Qualifications

• Proven competency as Service Operator in coiled tubing services for at least 3-5 years
• Strong collaborative skills
• Offshore Basic Safety Training and health certificate
• Technical education, preferably with in mechanical/petroleum
• Valid IWCF course
• Relevant offshore experience.
• Good computer skills

Personal qualities

The position requires that you champion the Company's HSE procedures, as well as internal processes. The candidate must have good organizational skills and be able to handle a complex and challenging working environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with offshore and onshore crew will be important to perform in the working environment.
