Job summary

Steinsentralen AS is looking for a skilled CNC operator for our production department of kitchen & bathroom countertops. You will operate 5-axis CNC machines and a 5-axis waterjet, inspect machines daily, and measure kitchen worktops with CAD drawings.

The role emphasizes quality and efficient production. The position requires a technical diploma or equivalent, CAD/CAM programming experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

The candidate has a diploma or equivalent in technical subjects and can compensate with relevant experience.
Solid experience as CNC operator and CAD/CAM programming is required.
Ability to work independently and also in a team.
Norwegian or English language, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Operate 5-axis CNC machines and 5-axis waterjet machine.
Daily inspection of machines and tools.
Measure kitchen worktops to ensure accuracy.
Prepare production drawings in CAD.
Ensure high quality of all work and use hand tools as required.

Workplace - Farvelbakken 3490 klokkarsuta i Asker.

Work assignments :-

Operation of 5 axes CNC machines.

Operation of 5 axes waterjet machine.

Daily inspection of machines and tools

Measuring the kitchen worktop

Preparation of production drawing in CAD.

Responsibility for good quality of all work

Use of hand tools

Qualifications :-

Diploma or equivalent in technical subjects. Experience from similar work can compensate for professional qualifications/education.

Solid experience as CNC operator, CAD drawing, CAD/CAM programming

Ability to work independently, efficiently and purposefully while working well in a team

Norwegian or English language, both oral and written

Kvalifikasjoner

Fagbrev eller tilsvarende innenfor tekniske fag. Erfaring fra tilsvarende arbeid kan kompensere for fagbrev/utdanning.
Solid erfaring med selvstendig CAD/CAM programmering
God kjennskap til kontrollmetoder og erfaring med sluttkontroll av produkter
Evne til å arbeide selvstendig, effektivt og målrettet samtidig som du samarbeider godt i team
Norsk eller engelsk språk både muntlig og skriftlig
