Join Our Customer Service Team in Gaupne!

We are looking for a structured, service-minded, and motivated Client Specialist (Temporal Contract) to strengthen our customer service team during a busy and important period. As a Client Specialist, you will play a key role in handling customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience for our European clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international company and contribute directly to our core mission of delivering high-quality heat transfers across Europe.

The role will serve as a vital link between the customer and our operations/production team. The main responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the main contact point for customers, providing timely and professional support.
  • Manage order handling and follow‑up through data systems, email, and phone.
  • Coordinate effectively between the customer and our operations team to ensure accurate and on‑time deliveries.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, solve issues, and elevate when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability throughout the order process.
  • Contribute to building strong customer relationships in collaboration with the wider service team.
Qualifications

Experience from customer service, sales support, logistics, or similar service-oriented roles.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.

Fluent in English, Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is strongly preferred and agood understanding of Norwegian is a plus.

Comfortable with digital tools and order‑management systems; knowledge of Google Suite is an advantage.

Structured and reliable, comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.

High level of accuracy and good time‑management skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and international environment.
