DOF is inviting an internal candidate to take on the Chief Officer role on the SKANDI SKANSEN vessel, starting 09.12.2026. The position involves a 5‑week rotation and global operational duties, with a handover period prior to embarkation as needed.

The successful candidate will contribute to safe daily operations, uphold DOF's high safety standards, and work closely with crew on board to support performance and a strong safety culture. Internal development and collaboration are emphasized.

• Holds certificates, endorsements, and qualifications required for the position.
• Meets company, flag state, and regulatory requirements for the role.
• Demonstrates strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Experience from similar vessel types and operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with DOF procedures and standards, or willingness to learn.
• Professional attitude with focus on continuous improvement and safe operations.
• AHTS experience is preferred.
