Thor Medical ASA is searching for a CFO

Join us in fueling the next generation of cancer treatment!

Thor Medical ASA is a leading supplier of high-purity alpha-emitting radioisotopes for next-generation precision cancer therapies. With our first industrial-scale production facility, AlphaOne, now in commercial operation, we are entering a new phase of growth and expanding our role in the global radiopharmaceutical value chain.

Based on its proprietary technology and production process, Thor Medical enables circular and cost-efficient production of high-purity radioisotopes. By addressing critical supply challenges for these isotopes, we support pharmaceutical companies developing targeted alpha therapies for cancer patients worldwide.

Thor Medical offers the opportunity to join an ambitious company as we scale industrial production, grow our commercial business and build capacity to serve a rapidly developing global market. Listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TRMED, Thor Medical has grown to become one of Norway’s largest publicly listed life science companies by market capitalization.

Role Summary and Purpose

As Thor Medical enters its next phase of growth, we are expanding our Executive Leadership Team with a dedicated Chief Financial Officer. This is a unique opportunity to lead and further develop the finance function of a growing, listed company with an expanding international presence. You will lead the development of scalable financial processes, strengthen reporting and governance, and provide the financial insights needed to support strategic decision-making.

Beyond leading the finance function, you will play a key role in the company's interactions with the Board of Directors, investors and the capital markets, and help shape Thor Medical's financial strategy as the company scales.

We are looking for a CFO who combines financial discipline with the ability to build, influence and support a growing business.

Lead the company's Investor Relations activities together with the Communications & Corporate Affairs function, maintaining strong relationships with investors and external stakeholders.

Partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning, business performance and investment decisions.

Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting and governance as the organization grows.

Experience from an international business environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

You identify with our core values: courage, passion, integrity.

Why work with Thor Medical AS?

With us, you will have the opportunity to:
