• Has leadership experience -- preferably from food service, retail, or similar
• Has strong work ethics and enjoys taking responsibility
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and proactive
• Communicates well and works effectively both independently and in a team
• Handles high-pressure situations with a calm and professional attitude
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experienced with systems such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, Point of sale POS software, and MS Office Word and Excel, necessary for daily branch operations.

Arbeidsoppgaver

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive the high quality and service Bislett Kebab House is known for. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by responsibility, and enjoys creating great results together with their team.

• Ensure a well-functioning and efficient IK Mat system, which complies with applicable rules and standards for food safety.
• Ensure high quality of the food served, in line with the organization's quality requirements and customer expectations.
• Responsibility for the quality of all service functions in the department, with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the department, in accordance with applicable requirements and procedures.
• Personnel responsibility, including recruitment, training, follow-up and development of employees, as well as ensuring a good working environment.
• Actively work to achieve low personnel and product costs through effective resource management and cost control.
• Responsibility for achieving good results in sales and financial achievement, including budget responsibility and follow-up of financial goals.
• Ensure efficient product logistics and handling, including purchasing, inventory management and distribution of goods.
